Group/Corporate Coaching

Following a variety of topics and focusing on improving work performance, our workshops as well as our corporative programs are specifically targeted at employees’ well-being. All of our trainings are already preplanned

and have a fixed schedule – number of sessions. The concept can still be personalized to fit the individual’s and/or company’s needs. Corporates and groups who are aiming to have a better work environment and a safe approach to mental well-being for their employees when it comes to burnout prevention, team work, focus, performance, overall well-being and much more.

Retreats & Workshops

If you would like to experience individual, Group or Corporate workshop/Retreat- this is the right place to come. We are offering variety of predesigned workshops as well as tailored to the individual needs of your organization

We specially enjoy preparing few days of workshops/retreats. This approach allows full immersion and makes individuals shift to their next level within the experience. What we offer is perfect for team – building , families and even high end individual retreats with full attention on you and your growth.

Online Programs

All our programs are made with love, knitted with knowledge and (sometimes) infused with fun. We experienced life struggles, and practiced each and every technique we present to you…in order to grow stronger,

healthier and happier.You can access Programs in Online Programs section. It is prerecorded, yet still interactive, as you can provide feedback and ask questions as well. It is mindfully tailored to individual’s general needs in various topics.

After several years of traveling and getting to know different cultures, these experiences motivated me to study various topics to refresh and complement my Psychology degree. Now, after creating my own path, I am helping people on their own personal journeys – to discover, embrace and create opportunities while releasing all the burdens of the unforgiven, untold and hidden. My mission and passion is to provide people with opportunities to allow themselves the freedom and inspiration to unlock their potential to the fullest; with Love, Joy and Grace.
